Yang Guoan: Some entrepreneurs are afraid and lack a sense of security. They don’t dare to embrace change. Yang Guoan: There are judgments in your mind.You don’t just listen to one person, you listen to people at all levels, outside people.Before the meeting, I must do a lot of work. For example, in the early stage of “September 30 Revolution”, I simulated and diagnosed the key problems of the company with the strategy department and HR department. Before discussing with senior executives, we had already made a judgment by ourselves.
So, in order to ensure Quality, you have to have a Quality, you have to figure it out, you have to maintain the diagnostic professionalism.What is an outsider inside?Being an outsider means being neutral, putting the overall long-term interests of the company first, getting people to trust you, being “inside,” keeping track of the business over time, and constantly learning the ins and outs.
Q: Neutrality requires some sacrifice?People have an instinctive tendency to expand their power.
Yang Guoan: So everyone has different pursuits. Some people are in charge of the team directly. But for me, I don’t know why it evolved into the role it is today.
The people I take are the best, the small team, not a lot of people.It could be a teacher’s background, a teacher who wants to help others, a consultant who wants to help others.Maybe I feel that I am not a general type of the number one figure, is I am more suitable to do a staff.

Yang Guoan: In this role, you have to dare to tell the truth. Sometimes you even challenge your boss to point out decisions that you think are wrong.Of course, this kind of talk is usually in private one-on-one.I also disagree with some executive promotions that I don’t think are appropriate and give reasons why.
It has something to do with my personality.I figured out early on what I wanted.Why I am not full-time in one enterprise, unhappy in one enterprise, you can also go to other enterprises.I think fate does not depend on the boss of a company. It does not depend on whether the boss likes or cares about you.
Q: This also has the advantage that since you don’t have your own “turf,” it’s easy to be seen as disinterested.
Yang Guoan: If you have your own interests, organizational change will take your territory into account.However, if I am an outsider, the organizational change has no personal relationship with me, and I will not elevate my status due to the change.
