Runhe Software receives attention letter again
Since the release of Huawei Hongmeng system-related news, the capital market has moved in response to the news. Among them, Runhe Software started a skyrocketing model. The stock has risen from 9.55 yuan per share on May 11 to the closing price of 46.99 yuan per share before the suspension. The stock price has risen about 4 times in more than a month.
On the evening of June 17, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosed the results of the recent stock price changes of Runhe Software, and Runhe Software subsequently announced that it would suspend trading for verification since the opening of the market on June 18.
According to data from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Runhe Software rose by 155.66% from June 7 to June 17. During the period of severely abnormal growth, natural persons bought over 55.4 billion yuan, accounting for 91.78%; among them, small and medium investors cumulatively bought The income exceeds 32 billion yuan, accounting for 53.03%. In other words, “retail accounts” are the “main force” of the recent trading of Runhe Software.
Runhe Software has not yet resumed trading. Today, the company received a letter of concern and was asked to explain whether the report about the supplier suspected to be a listed company or a company controlled by a controlling shareholder is true.
It is worth mentioning that this is the third regulatory concern letter disclosed by Runhe Software since May this year. However, the latest letter of concern mainly focuses on the use of funds, and the content is not directly related to the concept of Hongmeng.
In June, July, and early 2021, Jiangsu Runhe Investment, the controlling shareholder of Runhe Software, implemented non-operating capital appropriation by borrowing advance payments from company suppliers.
The letter of concern pointed out that there have been recent reports that the relevant supplier is suspected to be a listed company or a company controlled by a controlling shareholder. For example, Li Zhaowen, the legal representative of the supplier Nanjing Bencheng Technology Co., Ltd. (“Nanjing Bencheng”), stated that he worked part-time in a listed company and that Nanjing Bencheng was managed by Runhe Group. Bian Yan, the supervisor of the supplier Nanjing Wendawei Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Wendawei”), works at the main office of Runhe Investment. The supplier Nanjing Jingyinghui Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (“Jingyinghui Hotel”) has the same corporate address as the office location of the listed company, and Runhe Investment was its shareholder before March 2019. Suppliers Nanjing Plindway Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Plindway”), Wendawei and Jingyinghui Hotel have the same telephone calls; suppliers Nanjing Claudius Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Clord”), Nanjing Junmao Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Nanjing Junmao”) and Jingyinghui Hotel or Runhe Investment have the same telephone number and email address.
In this regard, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange requires companies to explain one by one whether suppliers of prepayments occupied by Runhe Investment have related relationships or other interest exchanges with listed companies, directors, supervisors, and controlling shareholders Runhe Investment, and conduct a comprehensive self-examination for the past five years and the aforementioned supply All transactions, capital transactions, etc. of the company.
Prior to this, on May 14, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued a letter of concern to Runhe Software regarding the company’s cooperative relationship with Huawei.
According to the letter of concern, the company recently responded to investors’ questions on the interactive platform and stated that “the company is a strategic partner of Huawei” and that “the suite developed by the company that supports HarmonyOS 2.0 can be directly used for product development, and the overall packaging and There are “per-unit charging models”, and “existing customers have used them”, “up to now it has not had a significant impact on the company’s operating income.” Therefore, please explain in detail the specific content and methods of cooperation with Huawei, the amount and proportion of revenue and net profit directly generated by related products in 2020, and the expected impact on 2021 performance.
Subsequently, the change of the actual controller of Runhe Software caused regulatory concern again. On June 1, Runhe Software received a letter of concern again, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange asked Runhe Software to explain whether Zhou Hongwei and Yao Ning had circumvented share reduction and related restrictive regulations or disguised exemption commitments by lifting the concerted action agreement.
